Browsing though my favourite home store, Pier 1 Imports, I found this beautiful 3 x 4” pillar candle dedicated to breast cancer awareness. Scented with a mild yet exotic floral Blossom fragrance, this exclusive candle comes in a frosted glass holder with a flocked flower design. A pink ribbon lapel pin that is attached to the hangtag.
Pier 1 Imports will donate 25 per cent of the purchase price of each candle the Susan G. Komen Foundation in the fight to end breast cancer. The funds will support innovative breast cancer research and outreach programs. Pier 1 has assured a minimum donation of $250,000 to Komen in 2007 from the sale of specially marked products.
